Christine Bowyer, 34

Hi I’m Christine and friends all call me chr1s. I’m 34 with 4 kiddos and my husband and I have been in love for 14 years. I am a Software Engineer with a Bachelors in Mathematics and Computer Science, and a Masters in Business Administration. We live in Denver, Colorado and our crazy nerdy family loves watching movies, reading comic books, and enjoys our annual family Comic Con tradition.

I value body positivity because when I first started my health journey, I really lost my sense of self and body love to a point where I was very uncomfortable in my own skin. Today, I rally with like-minded babes to flip that script and show moms like me that they can be their best self with just starting from the inside out.

My target audience are working business women ages 28-45 with multiple children who struggle to find time to work on theirselves because of the busy family/work life.
