01 — Start with a Challenge

When you start working with me, we will kick you off with a month challenge. Based on your goals, I will help you start with a beginner program and we will get your movement going so you have a workout regimen and target getting results instead of just winging it.

02 — Commit to Superfoods

Your 1st month will include committing to 30 days of superfoods. This shake will help give you energy, promote curbing your cravings, and you may lose weight as it will serve to replace one of your meals. This is a guaranteed healthy meal a day.

03 — Build a Habit through Check-Ins

Motivation can run out so we build habits to get you going on the days you dont feel like showing up. Getting real results require tracking so our check-in process will guide you to dial in your nutrition, utilizing the team for support, motivate you to move, and teach you that superfoods can give you those results you want. You will learn portion control, tips and ways to improve your nutrition, learn to incorporate any performance supplements, and be plugged into my fit group for motivation, support, progress tracking, and inspiration.
