Binge On Your Health
Quarantine? Social Distancing? To me, this is like my everyday Introvert lifestyle but to most, this can be very painful. Yes we will all be show binge-ing on Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, HBO, and Disney+. I sure do love my shows and have a rep in our household as Binge-Queen. lol. But guys, just as much as I like to show and movie binge, I also like to promote healthy habits with moving my body with exercise and working on my nutrition.
During these times of chaos with the epidemic of the Corona Virus, it is important more than ever to stay healthy. I challenge you all to Binge on your Health and this is a good way to make use of the time we have at home! We all need the mental and physical release so these workouts can be a good outlet for all the stress, anxiety, and negativity.
We have a pretty amazing community and I really love that being a coach allows me to help people stay healthy. We are offering FREE workouts! Yes, you heard me right, FREE workouts to everyone and whats’s even more amazing is that we offer programs that are for your kiddos as well. Since kids are home and now moving to virtual learning, these free workouts can replace PE time. I know I will be taking advantage of that.
