#QuaranTonedAtHome is a NEW 14Day Challenge with FREE workouts to help you fight for your health while we are stuck at home and quarantined. Instead of that quarantine 15 (just like freshman 15), we hosts aim to get you #QuaranToned in the comfort of your own home.
Yeah, let's face it guys... We are stuck, we have to now adjust to this home life but we still need to be healthy. If you are tired of binge-ing on Netflix, how about we binge on your health for 14 days. Just try it and see how much better your days will feel with this gift of movement.
All the workouts on this calendar are FREE so please get set up with one of the hosts who has invited you to this challenge. They will help you get set up with a free login to stream these workouts.

5. Do a quick story clip of your workout using the hashtag #QuaranTonedAtHome and tag us (@workoutwithchr1s) so we can cheer you on.
6. Check-In daily in private group and let us know what day you completed. Check-in is KEY!! In order to succeed for the 14days, you will need to show up and check in on the daily group. If no one knows, did you even do it? lol. But forreal though, check in the group with what workout you did, how you felt, and engage with the people who are also pushing through these workouts along side you. Accountability is something I have learned to embrace as an introvert. But doing it alone and failing over and over again was just not cutting it. Utilize this team and this group to help you push through the good and bad days. We are in this together!!
